II, Five & J Inc. is a events management company that promotes emerging local, regional and established national, Smooth Jazz and R&B artist to the Hampton Roads community. II Five & J, Inc. name is based on the historical 25th and Jefferson corridor that was once the premier entertainment and shopping destination from the 1920s-1960s for African American residents in the East End section (now the Southeast community) of downtown Newport News.
